How can i pay someone with paypal balance

Simply go to "Send and Request" then pick if they want friends and family or goods and services, then just enter the email address of another registered paypal user (for example, me ).

When i do that it takes it from my credit card i want it to take it out from my paypal balance.

It will always take out of PayPal balance if you send less or the same amount as you have in your paypal balance.

Are you sure? i tried and it took it out of my credit card :/

If you have a bank account or credit card linked, it will charge any remainder for a payment to there. I've been using this for a while now, it saves the hassle of manually transacting money to my paypal account all the time.

However, it should not directly take money from your creditcard until your balance is drained completely.

Check your summary to see if that money is being "held", which sometimes happens if someone who paid you disputed the payment.
