How can I populate my server more?

So, I'm releasing a Skyblock server in 1 - 2 weeks with tons of content etc, I'm just concerned on how players will find the server - I know there are some Minecraft Server lists but what are some big ways? Voting - If so what places / links? I've heard people also find YouTubers but how would one do that? - Thank you.
