How can I transfer a video from my Iphone to PC?

The file is to large, would using media fire or drop box work?
Absolutely!
You could upload it to any of these sites and simply download it later from your PC.
Can't you just plug your phone into your Computer and then open the phone on your computer go to your video section and drag it to your desktop?

iPhone is a little picky on USB file transfer. You'll need to have iTunes downloaded to actually be able to get your files off of it, which is annoying. Best way is just uploading to Google drive then downloading it from Google drive on your computer.
Are you sure? When I do it I get access to my camera roll and just download videos there.
For me I have to do it through iTunes. It's weird...
