This is why 14 year olds shouldn't be put in a place of authority of any sort. They're not smart enough or mature enough to handle the understanding.
Sorry 14 year olds, but it's typically true. Unless you're a brainiac who goes to college at age 8, you probably just don't have the proper abilities of such a position.

Most people who play MC are usually Over 7, it's hard to find an 18+. Most 16 17 year olds you find are quite mature. Rest are cheeky pricks.
