How do I add reputation for someone I did business with on here?

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I can't find it anywhere else. How can I leave a reputation for someone I met on here and paid to do work?

You'll need to have been registered for a month I'm pretty sure (so two more days), then you go to a profile > click the reputation tab:

and you will see an add reputation link, click that and you'll be given the form to fill out.

While it's at least a month account age, I think you also need to reach a certain post count. I'm not 100% sure about this though (it's something like 20 posts)
