How Do I ChargeBack Scammed Loan

I loaned Nodesss a few dollars. Hasn’t replied to my messages for a few days so I opened a dispute on him. I claimed I purchased product that hasn’t been delivered, and he’s replying to me saying that I never purchased said product from him. What should I do now? Please help me out you smart people.

Why would you say that you bought a product off him, you loaned him and PayPal will understand that you did. Then you would just tell them that there was a deadline for the user to payback and he hasn’t responded since. But now that you have dug yourself a deep hole you will need to contact someone who can resolve your situation. 1337 seems like a good person for the job. :tup:

Lucky for you, charging back these is easy, if the payment was g&s(if you loaned f&f you can’t be helped). Start of by explaining the situation, provide conversations(if was on other apps like discord, show proof of on site confirmation ) that’s basically it

But he lied, he can’t just say: “Oh well actually, I loaned him money. Sos about the confusion”

At least it was only a little bit of money, however yeah I'd personally chargeback and file a scam report. I haven't personally disputed before on PP, but if they did it via G/S I'd cb and say that you didn't receive goods purchased or whatever since you genuinely didn't, if they're inexperienced they probably won't win.

I'd speak to Niffauw, they seem to know what they're doing with chargebacks[DOUBLEPOST=1539944722][/DOUBLEPOST]Also send paypal on your side where he agreed to the deal along with him giving his paypal email, his Discord and proof of conversations on Discord and/or MCM - therefore they won't be able to disprove they didn't loan you however much.

Honestly, with PayPal it's a hit or miss.
Just escalate to PayPal and hope it works out. Normally, PayPal sides with the customers, so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Tell them the whole story, provide proof of the chats.. This is an easy win on your side
