You are just going to become another skid if you just learn how to code plugins. It's called learning Java first. This really pisses me off when people ask this on MCM. All you gotta do is read books.

If you don't learn Java first you will be making shitty plugins and will go nowhere. Don't waste your time if you don't want to put in the effort.

After watching tutorials you may think (Well that's easy) but my tip is to try doing it without the video. You will have no idea what you're doing and that shows that you need to learn Java first.[DOUBLEPOST=1493983670][/DOUBLEPOST]
I agree with Nick, but you can also start by watching tutorials on YouTube? It's up to you to decide.

Watch Pogostick29 on YouTube! That's how i learned!

Yah. Just what people need, another kid who can't actually code - learning bad habits and then making plugins.

Learn basic java first (I've just finished my first snake game) and you will get better at it, when you start making plugins stuff like ActionListener is used in java and in plugin making, so you need to know what it does!

Hmmm.
Like Areeb said, learn the basics of Java first.
That way, you learn the basics of the language.
Otherwise you will make 50% working plugins and you won't know how they actually work.
There are TONS of books from which you could learn, but since this is the 21st century I advise to learn online.
I recently got into coding myself and I started learning at sololearn. (website)
You can get some courses there, if you want. If not, there are over 50 million websites, hopefully you will find a useful one.
