How do I create a MySQL database in Multicraft

Hello there, when I try to create a MySQL database in Multicraft it gives me the following error:
Failed to create MySQL database "fallout_187"!
What do I have to do to fix the error and create one? Will vouch for the first person who comes with a solution that I understand & that worked for me. Thanks alot
