High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

For a network of a playerbase 100+ you will most likely need an actual resume and go through means listed on any of their media. It is rare for them to seek out developers because at that point they are pretty well-established.

Well I have worked for 3 servers or so who have 100-250 players

That's neat. Doesn't make you any more special than other developers with the similar qualifications... again, they most likely are pretty dang well-established and most likely would require an actual resume submitted through whatever means they wish.

With all due respect, he's simply giving you advice (which you asked for) and then you flex as though there is nothing you can improve on when you initially asked for advice. To me it comes off as arrogant/cocky, and I'm worried if I try to help out you will come back with a response like that to me.

Never be scared to send an email to the management team of a server enquiring about a development position

I did not flex at alll, he said "you will most likely need an actual resume" so I replied what I replied to see if that could help.
I have no reason to flex on random people on the internet, it's no use for me, you misunderstood the purpose of me saying it.
