HOW DO I FIX THIS? WHAT PLUGIN?!

Alright, I was setting up my server, and I am using NametagEdit

On the-ingot it displays it like this: (This is is how I want it)

but on mine, it cuts out part of peoples names, regardless of length.

ANY IDEA ON HOW TO FIX THIS?

The character limit is 16 characters.
&8[&7Member&8] &e
^^ That is 17 characters. The space also counts.

I would recommend using this plugin TAB REBORN as it bypasses the character limit.

This doesn't fix the issue in game above players though I don't think. on top of players it will still show the broken version
