I Have Had This Mcm Account For Over 3 Months Now And Im Wondering When Will I Be Able To Make A Thread In Investment And Loans Forum Since I Need An Investment

I doubt that would happen. The requirements are there for a reason. Not only does it help filter, it is also a matter of trusting users. Not to generalize, but many people don't really trust new members with barely any reputation over someone who's been active for a long time, with a lot of reputation and vouches/reviews. If new members would get access directly, it would be easy for ban evading scammers to just continue.

It's your reputation, message count and registration time that count towards being able to access it.

I'd say it would be something like "user must be registered for 10 days with either x posts or x rep
