How do i get good internet if i live in the middle of no where

Title says it all atm i have shitty 10 down 10 up internet and i lag if i have a skype call open while listening to a video on youtube please help.

Anyways OP. You can't. I live in the middle of nowhere also and the best you can do is call your provider to get the best package available. I have 400kb/s max. just make it work.

Not for me, I have terrible Internet and use a VPN connected to where the server is hosted. I know this is a hassle but it works
