How Do I get high playerbase on a server?

Was wondering how I can get a high player base. Could you help me as in upload youtube videos and a youtuber who can do this. Also like good gfx, etc etc etc! Thanks! Need tips!

Hire someone else to do your server setups instead of you and get xExecutorx Entity Builds or Ivain or HuracanFTW to get you some high quality builds instead of your quarts builds. Then hire YouTubers like me :3 and some High quality art

Depending on how much money you are willing to spend; is what type of advertising route you should go. If you are willing to invest a lot of money and have a financially stable balance, then I'd suggest buying sponsored server slots on big advertising websites. If you are not willing to spend a lot of money, just advertise on server sites, make it unique and make the server something that none has ever seen before. I'd also suggest getting a youtuber onto the server (big or small)

Um this is my first server I am 15 also I am here to get help from apparently pros but turns out people saying my server is shit so u guys need to act mature.

Ikr this guy is so salty I was trying to buy hand drawn GFX and he said do it yourself.
