How do I get it out of the scam list?

I bought an from a friend on the same HCF Team(Gucci) I'm on and we've been chilled and I have him on SC and shit like were kinda close. I copped the account off him and he gave me the Original Email and Orignal TID which you can find on the email and I searched up the name on the "Search bar" on MCM and I see that it's a scam account. Is it possible that I can get it removed off the scam accounts? since I have the OG Email and TID? or should I just ask him for a refund.

Please let me know asap before he spends my money

I mean, if the dispute link is deleted from him; then it's probably safe. You need to check if the TID is legitimate though also. You can't really get off the scam account list but it'll be on the part where it's like "Used as a Scam Account"

The TID is legit because I have the paypal purchase that Mojang gives you after purchasing it[DOUBLEPOST=1500104421][/DOUBLEPOST]

Snipe transfer the name to a fresh account with mcsniper/chearful. You'll be the orginal owner, so no chance of losing it + it won't be a scam account anymore.
