I believe MC-M doesn't hold anything, it goes directly to your payment processor.

If you have set it to your PayPal email it will automatically send the payment to your PayPal account.

how'd you be able to sell resources without premium, though? Pretty sure profitable resources are exclusive to premium or above.

I have no idea it was an option when i wanted to create my next resource so i enabled it
And then i also made one of my other products payed

How do they work?

Please be advised, only Premium or Supreme members may author premium resources. In other words, you must first be of rank on these forums in order to place a price on the resources you upload.
All resources submitted by an unranked member will be available for free to our users. No exceptions.
You can purchase premium here: http://www.mc-market.org/account/upgrades

The option you're seeing within the resource editor is a side-effect of the recently introduced Stripe payment gateway for our account upgrades. This gateway is not enabled for resource payments, even though the 'cost' option for this gateway is being shown in the resource editor.

In your particular case, even though your resource is being displayed as if it were a premium/paid resource, it's not in fact such. Once approved, any member will be able to download them for free - I'd advise deleting the resource via the 'Resource tools' sidebar if you're not wanting this to happen.

The correct resource pricing settings can be seen here, and again is only available to Premium or Supreme members:
