How do I get my paypal to not be limited

so I accidently put $5 onto my steam as thats the only amount you can put (or higher) but I only had three dollars in my paypal thinking it would only put $3. It put $5 on it making my paypal go into limited mode making a dispute on a mc account i bought and the steam (I dont know how to cancel the dispute while its in limited mode) so can someone help me. They emailed me saying I need proof of my drivers license ( I dont have ) I know im using paypal underage but I need help

Unless any personal information is attached, because then you'll get debt collectors on you.

Just link a credit card or bank account (prepaid Visa may even work) and pull money from there.

No cops, just annoying asf debt collectors calling you.
It's only a few bucks so they probably won't come to your house.
Not sure about your credit score tho, don't really know how that works.

What if they find out I'm younger then the age I need to be to have it, and may you call me and explain how to add my card just so the money can go through

As Jack said, link a card or bank account, and add the money via the add funds function if all else fails have a friend send you a couple bucks to that account and pay them back. PayPal isn't going to freak over a couple of bucks, you will however need to get that money paid off.
