How do I get privelage in the Loans and Investments category?

Hey! New to the forum, and was wwondering what I had to do to gain access to the Loans and Investments category.

I'm also curious as to what the standards are for this. I'm not interested in getting a loan, but making investments is something I'd like to look into in the near future.
