I just want to buy og and semi-og mc accs. Anyway I can get rep or unlock those discussions without paying for premium? I cant even look at the accounts available to buy :/

$10 is a small cost when you're going to be spending much more then that for any decent name. If you cannot afford that i question how you have the funds to even bid on accounts. But no there is no "free" way to access it. You gain reputation by doing deals with people. Similar to any other marketplace platform The fairly new thing will go away once you past 3 posts like it says.
