all you can do is report it, you can't manually remove it or anything.

you'll be waiting like a month to get a response

You can't really do anything about it other than talking to the person and having them remove it.

If it is a false negative rep, then you can report it with proof that it was false. If it was fairly given, then you can't get rid of it unless you get them to personally remove it (although doubt this would happen if they had a reason to neg rep you).

just make a support ticket and include proof of the rep being false and fake ( screenshots ) and explain what happened and wait 2 months to get to get a response from the staff team
