How do I grow on twitch?

I have everything I need (capable PC, overlays, thetime, etc) but I can't seem to take off

This is going to sound very corny but, your time will come. If you put effort day in and day out you will blow up. It takes some people years to blow up but they do, so just wait and your time will come.

Don't use Twitch, they treat female streamers better than male streamers and I hate them for that.

Be yourself, do original content, find upcoming games and play them (just like what ninja did with fortnite).

Do something memorable that people want to share and watch again. Have something that’s different that draws people in to your stream, like a great personality while being able to commentate a lot and also being good at the game.
