How do I install Forge Mods

I enjoy watching HCF youtubers like Br0, Meezoid and FinUp
Although how do they have their potions , coordinates, CPS, armour status
all on their screen. I am aware its with using forge but for some reason its not working for me. if your able to hop in a quick Telegram, Discord, Skype call or pm please do

What mods have you downloaded? were they compatible with your mc version? and also can you please post the crash report so maybe i could help

Make sure your mods are compatible with your forge version and all mods have the required dependencies or if the mod is broken lol, It will crash your minecraft only if those things arent correct.

I get that error when there is a mod that is not the right version with my forge.
