how do I make a network?

I've been looking around youtube and google on how to make a minecraft network, and everything is pointing at bungeecord.

the only thing is that it's really complicating to me..

is there any easier ways?

Depends on ur player base. I would have 1 server for 300 and under. If u have a bunch of game modes like 10. Put 2-3 on 3-5 servers

I think 300 is enough to make a network..

No like 300 players
