How do I make non-weapon items have enchantments?

Hey, so I'm trying to make a kit called "Fighter" kit in essentials. It's supposed to have a punching gloves. I made it so it's a red wool with sharpness 10 and knockback 5. It doesn't seem to work. How am I going to implement an enchantment to a non-weapon item in essentials? If you know how to please respond to the thread or PM me

You'd need an external plugin such as https://dev.bukkit.org/projects/enchanter for this.
Also, if you want it to be saved in the essentials kits you must change

unsafe-enchantments: false

to

unsafe-enchantments: true

in the essentials config.yml
