How do I make xenforo themes?

I want to make xenforo themes to hopefully start making themes for other people for free. But I don't know how. If you know and would like to help me learn please do. I really would love to do this

1. Learn PHP, HTML, CSS.
2. Learn what templates do what on the forums.
3. Edit / add templates to make your themes.

If you want to do simple edits such as logos, adding boxes or other stuff, you don't need to know s whole lot of php. If you want to learn how to make custom add ons and or styles then I would suggest learning php
