How do I put a warm up

I use DRTShocks dtr factions but the cooldown config part of it doesn't work

Jap1, HCFactions/FactionsUUID uses Essentials' teleport delay/timer to get the cooldowns and warmups of teleportation, all you need to do is set the delay in the essentials config to x amount of seconds.
