How do I sell off extra PC parts I don't need?

I currently am in possession of a Intel Pentium G4560, a dual core LGA1151 cpu with hyperthreading, and a Logitech C920 webcam, BOTH which I don't use.

I don't plan to use either of these in the future so how would I sell these off? I know of letgo and other local services but I'm kind of restricted since I don't have my own car or a bike or any other method of transportation that doesn't require the person to come all the way over to my place

And how would I package both of them

I suppose you could post them on ebay or other site and then if they sell you can just mail them, thru your local post office or ups or something like that.

How exactly would I arrange that
Would I have to drop off the parts in a box before selling it
