on post a resource or in resources

Premium is a rank you buy not a rank that takes time to get or anything

You can still get scammed with resources.

Accept Payments thru F&F on Paypal to lessen scam.

First off, build up a good rep to gain trust then sell your plugin on plugins section. You can only sell on Resources when you do have Premium Rank.
