How do I setup my domain?

I am trying to set up my domain with my web host but I don't have a clue on what I am doing. If somebody could help me out or send useful websites which explain what to do, that would be great.

If you want to know where I bought the domain and web host at, here it is;
Domain: 1&1 IONOS
Web Host: Titan Nodes
