I had the exact same scenario. I just straight up told her. Then again I can understand if it was more nerve-whacking for other people. I was just able to tell her how I felt without any problems. Being able to admit the truth to her can make it evident that you're brave and for taking risks, which can make you look really good to her if she has the same feelings to you.

Otherwise, I would just tell her: "hey, I have a crush on you".
