How Do I Turn On Defender

all the settings on windows defender is blocked idk how do i fix

For the love of god don't use Defender. It's been aids for me since day 1.

Get Malwarebytes instead for Malware.

For adware I'd get AdwCleaner. I'd also look into JRT for junk/whatnot..

On top of those things, you will need a daily antivirus, so just a random antivirus you can fully manage yourself.

Anything is better than Windows Defender.
Like null said, Malwarebytes is pretty good, and there's been free keys/licenses for it floating around on MCM.

like the 2 above me said, malwarebytes is really good (i use it on my other computer, and it works as good as i need it to)
On my main, i use mcafee.
Defender isn't the best, and causes problems
