How do loans work with "Suspended" users?

How would loans work with a Suspended user and if they have a scam report against them during the suspension? In my case, it's Zyger.

I'm not sure if there is a policy like where the loan goes void if they are banned/suspended or something. I'm also wondering what do if it isn't void, because you cannot contact them for the most part.

Would like to know what the rules are here from someone who's knowledgeable or is a mod/admin.

Suspended users are still able to reply and post scam reports. So if it came to that, you can still contact them through a scam report.
