How do name transfers work?

I'm pretty much a noob when it comes to OGs.

How exactly would a safe name transfer work? I've heard all these things about giftcodes, security questions, snipers. I've never used one of the snipers before, I have to have security questions off right?

Do I have to contact Lyphiard or Chearful about it? Is it safe to transfer Poland to my main Projecki account?

Safe name transfer = a Contact both for a transfer. Chearful via Chearful.ninja their support system and Lyphiard with whatever his support thing,which is the doc I think.

If you don't get it on both,it'd basically a chance to rip that name cause GCs are usually way faster than a normal account unless it's on both snipers.
