How do we apply for staff on MCM, I'm looking for something that I can spend my time on (

You either don't get to apply and get hand picked, or you suddenly meet the secret requirements for the Application tab to show up above the forum. It is still unlikely to get staff even after applying

i think apps open every once in a while, but you have to meet a set requirement to access it
