How do we feel about saicopvp db being leaked?

It got leaked like a couple of years ago. Most of the IPs are old.

DB's leak all the time, change your IP. If you can't get a new provider because it isn't worth paying for.

saico doesn't seem to care about security, some guy cane on the forums, got the ip of a ton of players + staff members through the image embed exploit, and then when he made it public and told staff they just banned him and left the bug lmao

It's 100% true, CosmicPvP and SaicoPvP experienced a breach last year, including files aswell as database credentials, both databases were dumped a year later, Cosmic actually disclosed the dump along with the breach. Whereas Saico disclosed just the breach.

People say "IPs are already public" that's not the point, it's just general security and if they can't even uphold that then they can not be trusted. Everything in a sense is public with enough patience and skill. Will not play on a server that can't even keep these types of things safe.

If its IP's who cares. Reset your ip and you're good. + who tf would bother booting everyone in there. only a few would actually be affected.
