I'm not sure how to gain access to the Investments and Loans area, Can someone help please, as I would like to invest into peoples servers and help them out.

If you read the little message when you enter there, it says something about they want to keep the requirements private,
I believe its like 500 posts or something because I still cannot access and I only see people with 500+ posts in there posting.

is right ^^^ Most of them seem about 3-4 months+ so maybe it's that.

Certain requirements have been implemented to post in the investments & loans section. These won't be disclosed to prevent people doing certain actions to meet the requirements. A cron is ran every week to give all users access to the section who meet the requirements.
