How do you get motivation to start a server?

I really want to start a server but my lazy ass stops me from doing it. Well not essentially lazy but after a few hours I lose motivation and inspiration and I basically quit.
How do all of you server owners get motivation to start a server?

Well, in my mind, I just tell myself "Do it for the fun" and probably say this quote "Nothing can stop you from doing what you want to do in life"

I just want to get money from the server and buy gaming pc's...

I already have a good computer I don't need a new one.

I look at big servers such as Hypixel and think of : "Work until your idols become your rivals."

What do you gain from lifting weights? Muscle.
What do you gain from starting a server? Money.
Feel free to claim you aren't a greedy bastard, but if you truly aren't, good luck finding motivation.

Look at your parents' income and see if they are making enough to support you. If not, start the server.

Just got on minecraftservers.org and see all the servers up there and think that all of those servers make over 25k a month and have hundreds to thousands of people on them. My goal when i started making servers was to be on the first page of .org
