How do you guys stick to your goals? Such as working out, eating healthier, doing something with your life, etc etc. I feel like now that's it's summer, and I already wasted all of this quarantine (and i fuckin hate myself for wasting this much time that was given), I wanna do something with the few months that I have since I feel like school is going to be in person for me next year.
Any tips or suggestions? I wanna get somewhat into shape and learn some shit because I feel like I could be doing way more with my life
