How do you make a vpn

Hi, I wanna make my own VPN Service. But, I don't know anyone that can help me? So if you know anyone please PM or comment on the thread! Thank you.

This sounds like a pretty big project. I'd recommend checking out the source of softEther to see how VPNs work. (I believe it's copyrighted so don't skid it.) https://github.com/SoftEtherVPN/SoftEtherVPN

You'll also have to obtain a large range of ip addresses. https://www.quora.com/Where-can-I-buy-a-block-of-IP-addresses

All in all, this would probably take a several months to years depending on your skill level and team size. And there are lots of problems like people hacking your shit, and also people will generally blacklist your vpn after it gets known enough.
