Yeah, its not in the rules that external license keys are not allowed although md_5 told users not to do it. And have said that they are not allowed. It would be fine on McM I assume, since its not as strict and stupid on here as on spigot but most devs have their resources on spigot aswell.

yeah, and spigot is still the go-to place for plugins for a LOT of people, which I can imagine since due to their strict rules the chance of being scammed is way lower. The result, however, is also a site with WAY less activity. I marked their entire "hiring-builders" section as read-only a few days ago, it has not had a new update since. Here, at least 5 threads receive a response per section in the marketplace, each day, usually multiple times that.
Submitting plugins takes forever on spigot, I submitted my CosmicDuels resource, and because it had "inspired by cosmicpvp, and no credit is taken for the idea etc etc... " in the description it was against the rules. So I had to resubmit it and I need to wait another week atleast...
