I lead a 40-person group of friends and content producers. We're on a few servers, and some subsections of the team play competitively and others produce content in the form of videos, digital art, and renders.
Lately, everything's stagnated. We're not playing games together. We're not producing content. Everything's slowed to a stop. And it's been like this for a couple of weeks now. It's so bad that a few people have already told me they want to leave to join other groups of friends/teams because they need more.
I'm lost here. I'm not sure what to do. People say we're not working well together anymore. People say we're not active enough. But I don't know where to start.
What would you recommend doing, if you were in my position?
