How do you track down the owner of an OG Account?

Hey! I want to buy an account with a specific name from someone.. however there's 0 clue on who it's owned by. Is there any method anyone uses to find the owner of an account..

I believe alot of people on the market use databases (even if they don't want to admit it.) I feel as this would be a easy way to get in contact with OG owners for emailing them cause usually people are quite active on emails.

I've seen a few do it this way; Probably alot of other & better ways though.
