How does Buycraft/Tebex work?

So I'm starting up a server with a buddy and I just want to know how the buycraft payouts work...

You know how servers do $2,500 FTOP and then do like 50/50 between paypal and buycraft?

How do you get the buycraft payouts? Do I have to pay for the buycraft gift codes or do I just generate a random amount and am able to give it to players?

You just create a coupon and give the player the code, then it allows them to spend that amount on your donation shop.

Downside is - To create a coupon code you need a paid plan.

Well if you can't afford a plan - you shouldn't be running a server.
