The background is just an image, and the render i believe is made in Source Filmmaker ( hand from guy in the L4D2? ), with a csgo knife. It's pretty easy to make. The glow is obviously edited in photoshop.

could you possibly recreate that for me?

I have a image of my knife in the same place.

I could give it a shot, but i dont have source filmmaker and its 10gb's, so i wont be able to make the hand same
