I have been on this forum for a while now, but I still have some questions. While looking at the list of banned members, a lot of the reasons for their bans are "Ban Evading..." I spotted many members that have been ban evading for years. If they managed to survive so many years as a ban evader, does that mean they accidentally revealed themself? The ban reason does not include the proof, but the member they ban evaded from. Does staff find ban evaders based on ip's? If they do, why does it sometimes takes years to find these ban evaders?
A funny story; In my first months on this forum I had some very wrong thoughts on what ban evaders were. I thought ban evaders was members banned for opening a scam report but did not have enough evidence. Then the member who had made the scam report was banned for "Ban Evading" and wasting the staff's time. I was too afraid of opening a scam report on people that scammed me because I was afraid of being banned self if I did not have enough evidence.
I'm pretty sure a scammer learned me this
