How doI make a Bitcoin Account?

I advise you consult where the bitcoins is coming from. For instance if your looking for how to join xyz pool, check out how that pool accept their members. Now if your wondering how to "store" the coins then there are actually a few ways to do this..
1.Download a "bitcoin wallet" program and store the bitcoins right on your computer
2.Get a piece of specialized hardware that only stores Bitcoins (not do remember what they called on top of my head).
3.I thinks there is "bitcoin hosting" on the internet that you can pay for to store your bitcoins

I honestly would not do any of these "common" options that is on the net but instead "mix" 1 and 2 by having a scrap computer to serve as your "hardware based Bitcoin wallet" and "cold store" it (meaning disconnected from the internet AND from any devices connected to the internet unless your sending/receiving the coins).

If your concerned about downloading something, then I would advice you look into options #2 (hardware based storing) or option #3 (paying a host to host the wallet for you).

You don't need to download anything. You can easily get one at www.blockchain.info. Go here: https://blockchain.info/wallet/new - Sign up, and login to your wallet! Be sure to save the Identifier!
