I'd rate 5 / 10 to be 100% honest with you. If you'd want to become one of the best designers and most buying designers try to reference off of these logos.

How could you improve: Shading, mostly just practice
What I like about it: Cartoony, childish artwork (not always bad)
Other Comments: Should probably include more sample, I fell you have better examples than this.
