How I got the first ever 100 with a teacher who never gave out a 100

At my school the max is 40% of what can affect your grade which happens to be your daily quiz.

So if I have a perfect 100 in a class and fail the quiz, it'll drop my grade down to a 40.

I go to a very weird school where the food is free and people get sick daily cause of it.
