How I lost money

So I have done a successful trade and the sender sent the money. I have not recvieced it, my email is confirmed, I have been using paypal, PayPal mail is confirmed, I tried calling them, I got automated reply from a phone, I emailed them, and I can not get my money back. What should I do?

Funds can get held for periods of time, this could be the reason. Just wait a little bit until it gets to your account.
If anything, I would recommend calling Paypal again and when asked for your issue, say, "Customer Service," and go from there.

I also read that I need confirmed mail to see my balance, after the payment was sent, I saw $0, I confirmed the mail, re logged and still $0. This is my first time earning on mc market and first time using PayPal.

You need a credit card or bank account connected I believe.
