How I make 3k a month at 18

It seems alot of people on here are looking for ways to make money so i'll tell you how I make 3k a month doing hardly anything.

When I started High school I knew the career I wanted to choose was construction and my first year I was able to leave school for training, I knew college wasn't for me so I decided to go to a trade school and it worked out great for me. I ended up inheriting a lot of money which I saved until I was 18 and bought a fixer upper duplex (basically a house split in half like an apartment almost) which meant getting rent from both sides which was around $750 for me so then after fixing it up I was getting 1.4k monthly just sitting at home and I just saved up more money and did the same thing now I get around 3k a month.

Invest your money into something that's worth it the reason I made this thread was because I saw someone wanting to buy a skateboard for 1k and thought it was the worst thing to buy imo. Don't waste your money on stupid stuff.

Doing something like this isn't hard at all just spend your money wisely. Another thing I did when I was working part time in High school was each month I would get around 1k and put around 200 of it in savings it might not seem like alot but when your doing with school and ready to start a career that money piles up quickly.

Also a response for above if you ever do inherit money you should invest it but like I said above lets say $200-$300 a month goes to savings, if you work part time all through high school even at a place like walmart or something thats around 10k for you straight out of school.

This is the type of stuff school should be teaching you not useless knowledge or good colleges to go to because not everyone chooses college. When I was in school all I heard from teachers were "You better look into good colleges if you want to make good money some day."

So you bought a dumpy duplex, fixed it up and then get 1.4k a month? Nice job man, how much did you put down on the property/how much does it cost?

Exactly they were around 30k each not too bad and didn't require much work at all even someone with little experience in remodeling can do.
