High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

It gets pretty repetitive, and you should probably change the yellow glass to another color that fits the palette more. Everything put aside, it's good :)

Thanks for the feedback, maybe white glass would fit better or a light gray.

3simple5me add some complexity or some more design and uniqu-ness to the walls
I plan to add a floor design to make it no so "plain". Also, I habe added/edited a few things since this post was made. I will put some pictures up tomorrow since I got off pc.

The glass looks fine, In my opinion I just think the floor should have a bit more detail to it :)

Like add a design to it or so :p

Playing with yellow glass behind stone is weird because the yellow becomes a tint darker, which isn't a color that can easily be worked with. I recommend a change in either the glass or whats behind it (light is possible). Also, when taking pictures, go into f1 mode. This removes you chat and Hud, and makes pictures easier to see the entire screen.
I have light gray clay behind the glass, and Ivan below said to move it back, do I put it kinda like a box sort of, and fill the sides in with the clay so you can't see out of it?

that would be an option, or you could put redstone lamps behind it.
Here is what I did

I know the floor looks trashy.. But, I am horrible when it comes to floor designs. Plus, the floor meets in the middle at a 2 block middle, which made it a lot harder for me to make anything... I am not good when it comes to that stuff, and I do for sure need to work on it. Just wanna practice a bit before I ever apply for a build team etc.. So far, I can make okay prison mines.

There's 2 simple ways to do floor patterning. Either use blocks that are similar in color but different in texture for a random pattern, or use blocks of varying colors to make a simple pattern. You should use blocks based on one color, not 2 (so all light brown or dark brown woods, or all greys, etc etc) for a random pattern like this.

In the meantime, practice some geometric patterns in paint or a similar pixel-based program, or simply in minecraft. start with basic squares and rectangles, and use symmetry above all.

It's all down to practice.

Yea, So say I wanna make just a random floor pattern with world edit, what colors based on this build would you recommend? I was thinking stonebrick, and light gray stained clay.. And, thanks for the tips :p

I personally recommend a wood-based floor. So brown clay, pine and dark oak logs (6-sided) and dark oak planks.
Or oak planks, oak logs and light grey stained clay.
Or yellow, using birch planks, sandstone and endstone.
That, or indeed a light grey, but then I recommend using double stone slabs and normal clay.
Or something a bit more colorful, using shades of red (though not too bright) such as red clay, hardened clay, jungle planks and red sand.

Here is what I think I am gonna stick with as It flows with the build:
